We analyze your samples for metabolomics, lipidomics, and proteomics data collection and analysis. We provide in house human expertise in addition to software for novice users which can help you find manageable solutions at affordable prices in a timely manner.
Data Analysis
We analyze your previously collected data for pathway analysis and biomarker discovery for genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics, and metabolomics data using biostatistics, bioinformatics analysis, and our in-house pathway analysis to generate easy-to-read reports and to recommend manageable solutions to specific data sets.
Validation & Pathway Analysis
We custom-design targeted experiments & collaborate with data collection and analysis using stable isotope labeling technologies for biomarker and pathway validation.
Collaboration:
We are experienced in grant writing and open to collaborating with academic and clinical researchers and other companies interested in metabolomics.
